We all know a freshly clean home is more appealing than a dirty one. We also know it is hard to get excited about cleaning when you’re tired from all the moving. So we send in a cleaning crew to make your home sparkle!

StaGING

A Properly staged home sells more quickly and for more money than an un-staged home. We know this unequivocally so we bring in our stager to increase the appeal to the masses by staging the whole home, inside and out.

Photography

Our photographer takes still photos with perfect lighting to make every aspect of your home looks the best it can, realistically. In addition we do 3D imaging of the home. If your home would benefit, we also take drone photos and even drone video.

Years ago we recognized that showing a home ‘properly’ provides greater returns for our sellers. As a result, we have chosen to pay for complete home staging, professional photography (including drones if beneficial), as well as 3D video tours. We even have our cleaners go through the home as well to alleviate your burden. These are significant costs that benefit our sellers directly.

Making Sure You Know What Your Home is Worth

The goal when setting a price for your home is to end up getting you every possible penny in today’s market. We start by walking through your home to understand layout, finishes and condition. We then look at any comparable properties in the area, which involves much more than counting beds, baths, and square footage. From there we explain the different market-specific strategies being used, give you the strengths and weaknesses of each, and make a collective determination on the best approach to take.

Automated, algorithm-based value estimates can give you a rough idea of the value of your home. However, to get a proper feel for where your home fits in the market, have us come out to tour your home.

We research similar homes that have sold in your area and explain how your home compares with regards to layout, finishes, etc.

‘I can not say enough good things about Jesse, Fletch, and Shannon. We are fairly new to the area and knew next to nothing about neighborhoods in Seattle/the surrounding area. We got in contact with the team about 6 months before we knew we would be actively looking to buy our first home. In the following months, Jesse and Fletch took us to homes in our price range in all different neighborhoods, explaining what restaurants, schools, etc were nearby and pros and cons of each location. There were days that we viewed six homes in 3 hours. Their responsiveness, both via text and email, was always very fast.
