We ‘visit & vet’ homes with you on a live video feed, or for you to view at your convenience later. Follow-up tours are no problem! We’ll take all the time you like to explain every step of the buying process, neighborhood details, resellability later, etc. All documentation to complete the sale can be done remotely via electronic signature.

Virtual Viewing: Schedule the time to watch the live video so you can interact as if you were there. Or, we will record and send you video highlights that tell so much more than simple photos. We will revisit to answer questions or provide additional information/video as needed.

When our buyers found one they liked we did a live stream virtual tour so they could use our camera as their eyes to get the best possible feel for the home. All paperwork and arrangements were done electronically. Our very happy family moved in and loves the home. Also, we managed to get it for $15,000 below asking price.
