Cleaning
We all know a freshly clean home is more appealing than a dirty one. We also know it is hard to get excited about cleaning when you’re tired from all the moving. So we send in a cleaning crew to make your home sparkle!
StaGING
A properly staged home sells more quickly and for more money than an un-staged home. We know this unequivocally so we bring in our stager to increase the appeal to the masses by staging the whole home, inside and out.
Photography
Our photographer takes still photos with perfect lighting to make every aspect of your home looks the best it can, realistically. In addition we do 3D imaging of the home. If your home would benefit, we also take drone photos and even drone video.

Making Sure You Know What Your Home is Worth
The goal when setting a price for your home is to end up getting you every possible penny in today’s market. We start by walking through your home to understand layout, finishes and condition. We then look at any comparable properties in the area, which involves much more than counting beds, baths, and square footage. From there we explain the different market-specific strategies being used, give you the strengths and weaknesses of each, and make a collective determination on the best approach to take.
Our Process
Home valuation
Automated, algorithm-based value estimates are notoriously limited. We tour your home together to understand its strengths and how they compare to homes nearby.
Recent sales
We research similar homes that have sold in your area and explain how your home compares with regards to layout, finishes, square footage, garage space, yard, etc
the breakdown
We then take all the information and deliver a detailed, customized valuation. If you are thinking of selling your home, this is the best way to get a feel for what’s real in your market.
Negotiations Through closing
We review offers and suggest which are the best for you to consider based on the dollars, terms, and small print. We routinely go back to the best offers and do all we can to get them to further distinguish theirs via increased offer price, more favorable terms, etc. Once we’ve reach mutual agreement with a buyer, after any counters that may go back and forth, furthering our aim to net you the most money possible, Shannon manages all remaining aspects of the transaction behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and well informed closing experience for you.
