Once you’re considering moving to the Seattle area to take a position here locally, and planning an upcoming trip here to see the area, we jump in to help. The first thing is usually a Zoom call to listen and learn about the lifestyle you are looking for. Hearing about things like commute time, quality of schools, access to restaurants / dog parks / recreation opportunities, sidewalks to stroll in the neighborhood, garage space for hobbies, etc are common. From there, as lifelong residents in the area, we typically begin talking about neighborhoods and areas that might make sense to you.

From there things can go in many directions. When a visit is planned, we take you around to see different areas that we’ve together identified as promising. Usually we spend far more time addressing lifestyle than specific homes as things sell so quickly here. Once we identify a neighborhood or two that you think would be great, we can begin to drill down into specific houses, budgets, etc.

We offer virtual, remote viewing where we schedule a house tour that you can watch from your current location to give you a much better feel for places than in still pics. If you come up for another trip with the intent to buy a home, we’ll have everything set for you including inspections and any contractors you might want to consult. Otherwise we can handle the entire transaction remotely, from signing offers on through to final documents. Of course, our team includes local lenders, home inspectors, and various contractors that will be at your disposal as well.
