Final Walk Through

Final walk throughs are an extremely important part of the closing process. Within most contracts that the seller and buyer agree to, there is a section that states “Buyer reserves the right to walk through the Property within 5 days of closing to verify that Seller has maintained the Property and systems/appliances as required by this paragraph.” Many buyers aren’t aware of this opportunity, but it is so important.
